How do I get my files after paying?

Your download links appear as soon as the payment is confirmed. The purchase is also saved to your library, where you can download it again with the email you entered at checkout.

I lost my files. Can I download them again?

Yes. Open My library, sign in with the email you used at checkout and download them again. We still recommend keeping a copy of your files.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by PayPal: your PayPal balance or a linked card, and where PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Prices are in US dollars.

Can I use these sounds in my own releases?

Yes. You can use them in your own music, including commercial releases. You can't resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. The Terms of Service have the details.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned. If a file is damaged or won't open, contact us and we'll send you a working copy.

Can I buy a product as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, enter the email of the person you're buying for. The purchase is saved to their library.

How do I get help with an order?

Open My library and use Get help on that purchase: your order details are added to the message for you.
