Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and every purchase you make on it. By using the site or completing a purchase you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Who we are

Passoni Music is run by Passoni, an independent music producer based in Peru. You can reach us at help@passoni-music.com.

Using the site

You may browse the site, listen to demos and buy products for your own use. You agree not to:

• break, overload or get around the site's security, payment or anti-bot checks;
• scrape or copy the catalog, demos or product files in bulk;
• use someone else's email or payment method without permission;
• post reviews that are false, offensive, unlawful or advertising.

We may block access or cancel orders when these rules are broken.

Your library

Your purchases are saved to the library of the email you enter at checkout. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email, so keep access to it. Anyone who can read that inbox can open the library. One-time purchase. Download your files and keep a copy. Your library access remains available while Passoni Music is online. We may update files to fix problems or improve them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or PayPal may add currency conversion or other fees. Payments are processed by PayPal, so we never see or store your card details, and PayPal sends you a receipt by email. If a price is shown by mistake, we may cancel the order and return your payment before delivery.

Delivery and immediate access

All products are digital: files (ZIP or PDF) or software with a license key. Nothing is shipped. Your downloads and license keys are available as soon as the payment is confirmed, and stay in your library.

All sales are final

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. At checkout you ask us to give you immediate access to the product and you confirm that, once it is available, you lose your right of withdrawal. This applies to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other places with similar rules for digital content.

Before buying, listen to the demo and check the description and the list of what's included. We will still:

• send you a working copy if a file is damaged or won't open;
• refund a duplicate charge for the same order caused by a technical error.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can fix it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered product breaches these terms. We will respond with proof of delivery and of your acceptance of these terms, and we may suspend the related library access and license keys.

Licenses

You buy a license to use the content, not the content itself. Every license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends automatically if you break these terms or the purchase is refunded or reversed.

Sounds and presets. You may use them in your own music and productions, including commercial releases, without paying royalties or giving credit. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, on their own or as part of another sample pack, library or product, and you may not claim them as your own work.

Guides (PDF). For your personal use only. Please don't share or republish them.

Software (such as BandEcho). Your license key is perpetual and lets you activate the software on up to 2 computers at the same time. You can free a computer from My library, up to 2 times every 30 days. You may use what you create with the software for personal or commercial purposes. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not sell, rent, share or transfer the license key, or remove or get around the license check. Updates are offered at our discretion. We may suspend a key that is refunded, charged back or used against these terms.

Reviews

Only buyers can review a product. Your name, rating and comment are shown publicly on the product page. You can edit your review here anytime, or ask us to delete it. By posting a review you allow us to show it on this site. We may remove reviews that break the rules above.

Our content

The site design, texts, images, demos, products and the Passoni Music name belong to Passoni Music or its licensors. Apart from the licenses above, you may not use them without our permission.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make every product useful and to keep the site online, but products and the site are provided "as is". Software may not work with every system, so check the requirements before buying. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and the date at the top tells you when they last changed.
